SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications provided by Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants (“Hey Hey Vacay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants, you agree to these SMS Terms. Your use of our SMS services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms governing our services.

Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding travel services.

Depending on the type of messages you have agreed to receive, messages may include:

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing travel services from Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants.

Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS/text messages according to the terms of your mobile service plan.

Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying:

After you submit a STOP request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, we will stop sending messages covered by your opt-out request unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel any travel reservation or other service you have purchased from Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants.

7. Mobile Number Requirements

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile telephone number that you are authorized to use.

If your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person, you should notify Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants or opt out before discontinuing use of that number.

You agree not to provide a telephone number belonging to another person without that person’s authorization.

10. Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received within a particular period of time. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, telephone number changes, and service interruptions.

11. Automated Messaging Technology

Where applicable, SMS messages may be sent using automated technology or a messaging platform.

Your consent to receive marketing messages through automated technology is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants.

12. Travel-Related Communications

SMS messages are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole source of important travel information.

Travel schedules, flight times, cruise schedules, entry requirements, passport and visa requirements, weather conditions, and supplier policies can change.

Travelers remain responsible for reviewing their official travel documents and verifying important travel information directly with the applicable airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, governmental authority, or other travel supplier when appropriate.

Failure to receive an SMS message does not alter the terms, deadlines, cancellation policies, payment requirements, or other conditions applicable to a travel reservation.

13. Security of SMS Communications

Standard SMS/text messaging is not guaranteed to be a secure communication method.

Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, passport images, or other highly sensitive information by SMS unless Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants specifically provides or directs you to an appropriate secure method.

We may direct you to a secure form, portal, payment system, or other secure communication method when sensitive information is required.

14. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to consent to receiving SMS communications at the telephone number provided.

By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided or are otherwise authorized to provide consent for that number.

15. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically to reflect changes to our messaging practices, technology, services, or applicable requirements.

We may also suspend SMS communications to a particular number if we believe the number is invalid, has been reassigned, is associated with abuse or fraud, or if continuing to send messages could violate applicable law, carrier requirements, or messaging industry standards.
